Engage with Europe’s hospitality industry
This study abroad opportunity allows students to experience European tourism and hospitality first-hand, and to evaluate and experience emerging issues within the European tourism marketplace. This course endeavors to combine the application of theory with internationalization in a prolonged field trip off campus. During the trip, participants will have both individual and team objectives. Common goals include critical analyses of theories covered in previous courses when viewed in the European context and also in consideration of the welfare of others in the team. Students typically travel to 14 cities in 10 countries during the month-long experience, all while earning 6 hours of college credit.
All courses are taught in English.
Undergraduates will be registered for NTRI 5380 (6 credit hours)
