DUBLIN, IRELAND

Auburn students embark on a directed study program in Dublin, Ireland, a prominent global education hub hosting 120,000 students across four universities. The Students’ journey will take place at the Grangegorman campus of TU Dublin, immersed in a multicultural environment with students hailing from over 140 countries. TU Dublin, established in 2019, proudly inherits a rich history dating back to 1887.

Dublin, the capital of Ireland, not only provides a backdrop of historical significance but also offers a lively atmosphere with vibrant nightlife. Known for its friendly locals and the famed Irish "craic" humor, the city boasts a youthful demographic, with an estimated 50% of its inhabitants under the age of 25. Recently voted as the friendliest city in Europe, Dublin embraces its pub culture, especially in the bustling areas around St. Stephen's Green, Harcourt Street, Camden Street, Wexford Street, and Leeson Street. The blend of academic exploration at TU Dublin and the vibrant cultural experiences of the city promises Auburn students a comprehensive and enriching study abroad experience.

Undergraduate students will receive a transcript from TU Dublin. Students must be an HOSP or HDFS major to participate in this program.
