Hello, my name is Skylar Biedenharn! I am a Senior majoring in Global Studies with a minor in Hunger Studies; additionally, I earned the International Minor in Human Sciences through the Joseph S. Bruno Auburn Abroad in Italy program. I chose the JSB Program because it gave me the best of both worlds: to travel throughout Europe during my free time while also establishing a home base in the small town of Ariccia, Italy. During the semester, I travelled to places I believed I might never have the chance to visit. I discovered more about who I am and what impact I want to have on the world. I left a piece of my heart in that small Italian town and I am indebted to the JSB Program for all the opportunities it gave me.
